RD is led by a team of experienced national professionals with backgrounds from international NGOs and UN partners. Our approach is community-rooted: we prioritize the voices and participation of crisis-affected people, including women, youth, older persons, and persons with disabilities, to ensure assistance is safe, inclusive, and relevant.
